Delicious and nutritious

Absolutely obsessed with these cookies! Whenever my partner and I are craving a sweet treat I’ll mix up a batch of these and sometimes even add a teaspoon of peanut butter in the middle before baking in the oven. As a nutritionist I really love how clean the ingredient list is but also how tasty they are. It’s a 10/10 for me!

I received this cookie mix in a Wholesavers goodie box and it immediately caught my eye as I’m not much of a cook so appreciate ways to make things easier in the kitchen. The cookies were super quick and easy to make, adding only egg and butter - and I love that there’s an option to make a vegan version. They smelt divine baking in the oven and have a decadent flavour with healthy ingredients.
