Just baked Raspberry Whyte Chocolate Blondies.
So easy - add butter / egg / water, stir it up, bake it.

Very sweet... hmmm... Could stevia be used rather than sugar?
The white chocolate lumps don't sit decoratively on top, as they appear to in the photo. But they taste yummy!
They turned out soft, moist, not chewy, not dry, not fluffy, not dense.
