Mt. Elephant
Banana Cinnamon Wholefood Bread Mix - 300g

I’m not a huge fan of banana bread because they usually taste too sugary. Being gluten intolerant means I don’t get to enjoy them all too often anyhow, but the Mt Elephant banana bread is just DELICIOUS and soooo easy to make. Literally takes no time, is not too sweet (you can add more honey in if you want to anyway). PLUS it is gluten free so I can enjoy it with friends.
I made these as Banana Muffins. Far exceeded my expectations and my husbands. he loved them. Tasty, moist, texture just right; don't change a thing.
I can’t get enough & so easy to prepare 👍
I love this banana bread mix for so many reasons!! It’s full of whole food ingredients and is not overly sweet making it a healthy and tasty option for breakfast or a quick snack. The mix is great as it is or with “add-ins” such as a handful of chopped walnuts or some dates.
For a healthy, balanced breakfast meal I love it toasted and topped with some nut butter and banana slices or some high protein Greek yoghurt & berries… delicious!
I love this banana bread mix.
I usually make it as 6 giant muffins (just reduce the cooking time by a couple of minutes). I have also swapped out the bananas for a tin of pie apple and cinnamon for amazing apple muffins.
