Daly dose

I tip ~10ml into my daily breakfast - oats, chopped dried dates, figs and prunes with warm milk (helps speed up the absorption in to the Oats) - adds an additional level of creamy smoothness, tastes wonderful, makes me feel good

This is the best Hemp oil I have tried and even with strange opening cap, it's very well worth the trouble - most highly recommeded as an addition to any diet
Curiously, mixed with coconut oil, it's excellent to aleviate many of the usual aches and pains with a dash of 'tea-tree' oil.

Is there anything it isn't good for?

Loving that I can use Mt. Elephant hemp oil instead of quite expensive (in environmental and fiscal terms) fish oils. Internally it eases my arthritis pain, topically it works wonders on persistent keratosis and dry skin.
Very pleased with the product.
