With very little effort you miraculously end up with a tray of biscuits with high gobble-down factor

I initially bought this mix as a quick and easy way to make lactation cookies (by adding in some brewers yeast) and let me tell you it is extremely difficult to only limit yourself to one cookie a day! I love these cookies :)

Quick and easy

I love that this cookie mix is gluten free.
It was quick and easy to make with no nasty chemical additives.
The only down side for me was they were a too sweet as I've kicked my sugar habit. Other wise they tasted great.

I have to have this on hand in the house at all times now! I love how easy this Cookie Mix is to make and how nutritious it is compared to others on the market. It has such a delish Banana taste and makes such a moist cookie. Yum!
