My partner picked this pancake mix out at the supermarket and I was a bit sceptical as I have always made vegan gluten free pancakes from scratch. Just made them this morning using a banana instead of egg, and oh my god... they were delicious!! Fluffy pancakes cooked perfectly all the way through and not dense whatsoever (which I thought would happen with the almond flour). Both my partner and I think they're even better than the recipe that I've been using for years! I will be recommending this pancake mix to everyone and will definitely buy again for a delicious weekend treat! 10/10!
I am gluten and dairy intolerant and find it so hard to find pancakes that taste nice, and don’t have bad ingredients. These pancakes are not only delicious, but they are healthy gluten, dairy and soy free. The best I have found!
I have tried many gluten free pancakes and these are my favourite hands down. Not too sweet, yummy nutty taste and consistency with very clean ingredients - so good with banana, honey and coconut yogurt. I added soda water and soy milk plus one egg to mix.
Love this pancake mix. Quick, easy, tasty and they keep you full. They’re the only pancakes I buy now.
