Banana Cinnamon Wholefood Bread Mix - 300g

I can’t get enough & so easy to prepare 👍
I love this banana bread mix for so many reasons!! It’s full of whole food ingredients and is not overly sweet making it a healthy and tasty option for breakfast or a quick snack. The mix is great as it is or with “add-ins” such as a handful of chopped walnuts or some dates.
For a healthy, balanced breakfast meal I love it toasted and topped with some nut butter and banana slices or some high protein Greek yoghurt & berries… delicious!
I love this banana bread mix.
I usually make it as 6 giant muffins (just reduce the cooking time by a couple of minutes). I have also swapped out the bananas for a tin of pie apple and cinnamon for amazing apple muffins.
After recently starting a challenging elimination diet, I'd felt at a loss for snacks and baking that was nutritious and kept hunger pangs at bay.
It was a huge relief to find this product at the supermarket and not buy all of the ingredients (although normally I'm a huge from-scratch baker and have a cupboard full of bags).
The taste is wholesome and pleasant. I made it without any sweetener and my hubby ate it with a touch of honey and yoghurt. I pack a couple of slices and toast them in the sandwich press for an emergency lunch / snack in the office.
