Shakshuka

As good as dippy eggs are, we think it's time to one up them. This amazing Shakshuka recipe with our Seriously Smokin Flavour Sprinkles takes 15 minutes to make and tastes absolutely delicious! 

Ingredients:

4 tsp olive oil

1 large white onion

1 large red capsicum

1 tsp paprika

1 can whole tomatoes

Salt

Pepper

6 large eggs

Coriander for serving

Mt. Elephant Seriously Smokin Flavour Sprinkle 

Method:

    1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius

    2. Drizzle olive oil into a large skillet over medium/low heat

    3. Add onion and bell pepper into skillet and cook gently until soft

    4. Add in garlic and cook until soft. Once soft add in paprika and stir

    5. Pour in tomatoes and season with salt and pepper. Let the mixture thicken for about 10 minutes and taste.

    6. Crack in the eggs over the mixture and season. Then place skillet into the oven for about 7-10 minutes.

    7. Once cooked, remove the skillet from the oven and season with Seriously Smokin Flavour Sprinkle  and coriander 

    8. Enjoy!
