Salted Caramel, Goji, & Hemp Granola

1 cup buckwheat
1/2 cup Hemp Seeds
1/2 cup pepita seeds
1/2 cup dried goji berries
3 tbsp tahini
3 tbsp rice malt syrup
Pinch of Salt

Preheat an oven to 180C degrees. In a large mixing bowl, combine the buckwheat, Hemp Seeds, pepita seeds, and goji berries. In a small bowl, combine the tahini and rice malt syrup, microwave for 10-15 seconds until melted. Pour the melted syrup into the dry ingredients, add salt, and combine. Transfer the granola onto a lined baking tray, spread evenly and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden. Store in an airtight container.
