Pecan Hemp Maple Granola
This recipe was created by plant-based mum, Talida (@hazel_and_cacao).
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups of oats
1/2 cup of buckwheat groats
2/3 cup of hemp seeds
1/2 cup of almond butter
1/2 cup of maple syrup
1/2 cup of chopped pecans
1 tsp cinnamon (or more to taste)
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until clumpy. Move granola onto a tray and bake for about 10 to 12 minutes at 180°C or a little longer if you like crunchy granola.
