Pear and Walnut Salad With Hemp Oil Dressing
Ingredients:
Salad Base -
120g of rocket leaves, washed and dried
2 pears, washed cored and thinly sliced
45g of walnuts roughly chopped
120g of blue cheese, or vegan parmesan
Salad Dressing -
4 tbsp of Mt. Elephant Hemp Oil1 tsp of Dijon mustard
1 lemon, juiced 4 tsp of honey salt and pepper, to taste
Method: Combine all of the salad base ingredients in a bowl. In a separate bowl or rug mix together your salad dressing until combined. Sprinkle your salad with some extra Mt. Elephant Hemp Seeds and crumbled blue cheese (or a sprinkle of vegan parmesan) and drizzle over your Hemp Oil dressing as desired, then enjoy.
