1 cup hemp seeds @mt_elephant
2-3 large garlic cloves
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/3 cup sour cream (vegan option)
1/2 cup fresh herbs (parsley, mint, dill)
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp freshly found pepper
1/2 tsp honey
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until creamy.
Preferably place in fridge for 2 hours before serving.
Perfect for guests, a light dinner and especially perfect during lent!
Serve with vegetables, crackers, cheese... the options are endless.
