1/3 cup tahini (3/4 cup sesame seeds + 2 tablespoons hemp seed oil OR store bought)
1 Can of Chickpeas
1 tsp Lemon Zest
1 tsp Sea Salt
3 tbsp Hemp Seed Oil
*optional: 1 Garlic Clove
1 tbsp Mt. Elephant Hemp Seeds
1/4 tsp Paprika
A pinch of paprika for Topping
Make your tahini by blending together sesame seeds and hemp seed oil until smooth (add a splash of water if needed) OR just use 1/3 cup of your favourite store bought tahini!
Add the chickpeas, lemon zest, sea salt and hemp oil (you can also add 1 clove of garlic if you are a garlic fan!) and blend
Once the mixture is starting to get smooth and creamy, add the hemp seeds and paprika
When combined, spoon hummus into a bowl, add an extra dash of hemp oil, paprika and hemp seeds and enjoy!
