Hemp and Lemon Hummus

hemp and lemon hummus with hemp oil drizzle


1 can chickpeas
2 tbsp of Mt. Elephant Hemp Oil 
75g of Mt. Elephant Hemp Seeds
2 large cloves of garlic
2 lemons juiced
¼ tsp of lemon rind
6 tbsp tahini
4 tbsp water
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of ground coriander


Place all ingredients into a blender and blend on high until you have reached your desired consistency.

Serve with your choice of toasted flat bread, crunchy carrot sticks or seeded crackers.
