1 cup of Mt. Elephant Hemp Seeds
5-6 stalks of kale (leaves only)
2/3 cup of nutritional yeast
2/3 cup of Mt. Elephant Hemp Oil
2 lemons juiced
2 big handfuls of basil leaves
2 tbsp of water if needed
salt and pepper to taste
In a food processor, blend all ingredients together adding extra oil or water if required.
Serve with sauteéd zuchetti (zucchini pasta) or sauteéd kale and a handful of spelt pasta.
