- Preheat the oven to 120 degrees.
- Strip the kale leaves from the stalk and cut them into chip sized pieces.
- In a bowl, add the kale and Hemp Seed Oil, massage the oil into the kale leaves.
- Then sprinkle the Hemp Seeds and salt over the kale leaves, tossing them to make sure it spreads evenly.
- Place leaves onto a baking tray and cook for 20 minute or until crisp!
