Hemp and Kale Chips

An easy, healthy, on the go snack! These Hemp and Kale Chips are simple to make and delicious to eat.

1 bunch of Kale
½ Extra Virgin Hemp Seed Oil
½ Hemp Seeds
1 tsp salt


  1. Preheat the oven to 120 degrees.
  2. Strip the kale leaves from the stalk and cut them into chip sized pieces.
  3. In a bowl, add the kale and Hemp Seed Oil, massage the oil into the kale leaves.
  4. Then sprinkle the Hemp Seeds and salt over the kale leaves, tossing them to make sure it spreads evenly.
  5. Place leaves onto a baking tray and cook for 20 minute or until crisp!
