Better For You Caramel Sauce
Elevate your Sticky Date Wholefood Loaf Mix with this deliciously nutritious caramel sauce. Deliciously balanced and sweet in all the right ways.
Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp maple syrup or brown rice syrup
- 200ml coconut cream
- A pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Method:
- Mix all ingredients into a pot and bring to the boil.
- Boil for 1 minute and then reduce to low heat to simmer for 10 minutes.
- Continue stirring throughout the 10 minutes.
- Pour into a server and enjoy!
