Green Hemp Smoothie

This recipe was created by Chloe Munro (@the_smallseed_) and makes 1.3 litres.
Ingredients:
1/2 a cucumber
3 green apples (peeled)
2 kiwi fruit (peeled)
220g ripe pineapple
40g spinach
3 stalks of kale
7g fresh ginger
2 1/2 Tbsp Hemp Protein
1 1/2 cups of coconut water - add more for desired consistency
Instructions:
Roughly chop the cucumber, apples, kiwis, pineapple and place into a high speed blender. Remove stalks from kale, rinse and add to blender along with all the other ingredients, blend until smooth.
