Green Goodness Pasta

(Serves 1-2)
Ingredients:
1 medium zucchini, chopped and cooked until tender
1/4 cup Vegan Cheesy Flavour Sprinkles
1/2 cup of plant milk of choice
2 TBSP tahini
1/4 cup basil
2 TSBP reserved pasta water
2 tsp lemon juice
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
Salt to taste
Other ingredients:
Pasta of Choice
Optional 2 cups white beans for protein
Nutritional yeast or vegan cheese seasoning to top off
Method:
1. Simply place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
2. Mix the sauce with your cooked pasta of choice and add white beans
3. Top with more Vegan Cheesy Flavour Sprinkles
4. ENJOY
