Crispy Hemp Tofu

Crispy Hemp Tofu
This recipe was created by mother and Nutritionist, Claire Power (@healthyfrenchwife).

450 grams extra firm tofu
1/3 cup Hemp Seeds
2-3 tbsp cornflour
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup soy milk
Pinch of salt and pepper

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Combine the Hemp Seeds, cornflour, salt pepper, and garlic powder into a bowl. Cut the tofu into cubes, dip into the soy milk, then into the dry ingredients. Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven for 25 minutes. Serve with a teriyaki or tamari sauce with rice or in salads.
