Choc Cherry Cups

 

Indulgent and delicate, these Choc Cherry Cups by Holly Dyson is a quick and easy dessert that is guaranteed to impress the best!

Ingredients

Base

1 packet Choc Cherry Protein Ball Mix

3 tbsp water

1 tbsp almond butter

Filling and coating

1 cup frozen cherries

2 tbsp chia seeds

200g dark chocolate

1 tbsp coconut oil

 

Directions

  1. Mix the base ingredients together in a food processor.
  2. Press into your desired moulds.
  3. Heat the cherries in a pot over medium heat until soft, blend with an immersion blender or regular blender then add chia seeds and allow to set for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Top the base with the cherry jam, place in the freezer to harden (1-2 hours).
  5. Melt the dark chocolate and coco oil, then dip the bites into the chocolate, I like to double dip then drizzle some more over the top.
  6. Keep in the fridge, and enjoy!
