Carrot Cake Smoothie Bowl

The perfect combination of naughty and nice. The talented Lara De Bruyne has created a mouth-watering Cheesecake Smoothie Bowl which we are obsessing over. How does someone make cream cheese look so elegant!?
Serves 2 | Prep Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Hemp and Oat Mylk
75g raw carrot sliced
230g frozen banana chunks
115g frozen pineapple chunks
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp all spice
Toppings:
Shredded coconut
Cinnamon
Granola
Crème Cheese Frosting:
1⁄4 cup light cream cheese spread
1 tbsp hemp and oat milk
2 teaspoons sugar free maple syrup
Method:

In a high speed blender add plant milk, carrot, banana, pineapple, cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice and blend on high speed for 2-4 minutes, or until thick creamy and smooth.

Make your frosting by combining cream cheese, Hemp and Oat Mylk and maple syrup in a small bowl. Add to a piping bag.

Add to serving bowls and top with shredded coconut, cinnamon, granola and pipe over cream cheese frosting.

Serve immediately, scoop and enjoy!
