1 cup of pitted dates (preferably soft)
1/2 cup nut butter of your choice
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup Hemp Seeds
1/2 cup Hemp Protein or Hemp Flour
2 Tbsp Hemp Seed Oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
5 cups puffed rice
1 1/2 cup melted chocolate of your choice
Add the dates, nut butter, maple syrup, hemp seeds, hemp boost or hemp balance, hemp oil, salt and vanilla extract into a blender. Blend until combined and a smooth paste has formed.
Time to get those hands dirty! In a bowl add the paste, using your hands knead the puffed rice into the paste adding one cup at a time. Once combined, line a tray with baking paper and add the mixture. Use your hands again to flatten the mixture into all corners of the tray until even and flat.
Now melt your chocolate and pour over the top of the slice covering all edges. Set in the fridge for 35 minutes before cutting up and eating!
