1/2 cup oats
1 tsp hemp seeds
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp flax meal
1 tbsp shredded coconut
1 tsp dried cranberries
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup of your favourite creamy mylk
Optional, to serve:
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix together well.
- Place in the fridge and leave overnight
- The next morning, remove the bircher from the fridge and top with honey, fresh berries, fresh mango, hemp seeds and/or coconut yoghurt, if desired.
