Breakfast Bircher

1/2 cup oats
1 tsp hemp seeds
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp flax meal
1 tbsp shredded coconut
1 tsp dried cranberries
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup of your favourite creamy mylk

Optional, to serve:
Fresh berries
Fresh mango
Hemp seeds
Coconut yoghurt


  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix together well.
  2. Place in the fridge and leave overnight
  3. The next morning, remove the bircher from the fridge and top with honey, fresh berries, fresh mango, hemp seeds and/or coconut yoghurt, if desired.
