Anzac Cookie

The quickest and easiest Anzac Biscuit recipe!


85g Desiccated Coconut

2 tbsp golden syrup

1/5 Cup of oil, preferably vegetable or hemp oil

1x Packet of Mt. Elephant Banana Oat Cookie 



  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees 
  2. Add 85g shredded or desiccated coconut, 2 tsp of Golden Syrup and ⅕ cup of oil into a bowl and mix
  3. Add Mt. Elephant Banana Oat Cookie Mix into the bowl and mix until combined
  4. Roll mix into balls on a lined baking tray and flatten balls with a fork
  5. Put into the oven on 180 degrees for 25 minutes
  6. Remove and enjoy!
